Background
Larry is the founder of WALKER ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice. Since 1977, he has designed hundreds of custom homes ranging in size from 900 to over 10,000 square feet, encompassing a variety of styles including farmhouse, traditional, contemporary, ranch, and modern designs. Larry has also developed numerous small to mid-sized commercial projects, including private offices, medical offices, shopping centers, and warehouse/storage facilities.
In addition to architectural design, Larry is a Professional Engineer (PE) registered in Texas and New Mexico, and he serves as the engineering manager of our Midland, TX office. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Larry is also a member of the National and Texas Societies of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). Additionally, he holds certification as a Professional Building Designer from the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC) and currently serves as Treasurer of AIBD, as well as a board member of the NCBDC.
Larry is actively involved in local government and serves on the Planning and Zoning Board in Paris, TX.responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice. Olamide A. Banwo, MNIA, AIA, NCARB, RIBA, LEED Accredited Professional

Background
Ola Banwo is a Texas-registered Architect with a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from the University of Houston. Along with registration in Texas, he is also a registered Architect with Maryland and Nebraska and has handled projects large and small in the U.S., China, Nigeria, Kenya, Botswana, and South Africa. While at Leo A Daly Company, he handled projects ranging from $2 million in elementary schools to $450 million in aviation projects. He successfully ran a branch of FMA Architects International and successfully completed 17 projects as lead designer/ managing director.
He was voted “Best Architecture Student” in Nigeria in 1990 and represented Nigeria in Canada at the World Design Competition. He is a self-motivated team player who is very focused and dedicated to the architecture profession.

Kim is a Managing Member and is responsible for all aspects of the business side of the firm. Kim serves as the Managing Member and plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the firm’s business operations. She expertly manages day-to-day activities, accounting, bookkeeping, advertising, scheduling, and billing, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. By taking charge of these essential functions, Kim empowers our design professionals to fully concentrate on their creative design and development work. Her contributions are not just valuable—they are indispensable to the success of our team., including day-to-day management, accounting and bookkeeping, advertising, scheduling, billings, and generally making sure the business runs smoothly. She allows the design professionals to focus on the creative design and development side of the business while she takes care of all that paperwork stuff. Brian L. Walker, BAAS, AIBD, Sr. Associate
Brian has been with the firm since its inception. He is responsible for architectural and engineering. Brian has been an integral part of our firm since its inception, playing a pivotal role in shaping our architectural and engineering design processes. He expertly oversees the production of construction drawings and meticulously schedules project tasks and milestones, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As our BIM and CAD manager, Brian is dedicated to keeping our technology at the forefront of the industry, which enables us to deliver cutting-edge and high-quality results consistently.
A graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce, Brian holds a bachelor's degree and is now poised to further his professional development by pursuing a master's degree in architecture at Arizona State University. His ambition to achieve licensure as a registered architect reflects his commitment to excellence and growth in the field. JEFFERY D. ELDER, PE, CFM
Jeff is a Professional Engineer Licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Colorado, and Kansas. He is also a Certified Floodplain Manager in Texas. Jeff Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering.

As a professional engineer, Jeff has assisted in the development of civil engineering plans for site development projects located mainly in Texas and Oklahoma. Jeff has created civil design plans that meet or exceed project requirements and regulations while striving to maintain project cost efficiency. Jeff has developed civil engineering design plans for functional developments that take into account each site’s unique project constraints. His areas of expertise include Site Development/Layout, Construction Administration, Site Domestic Water Design, Site Fire Protection Water Design, Sanitary Sewer System Designs Including Lift Stations, Project Review/Inspection, Site Assessment, Driveway/Parking Lot Design, Drainage/Grading/Detention Design and Utility Coordination.
